Please note - as a result of COVID-19, Australia Post are experiencing significant delays due to the lack of available flights. They have advised International orders can take up to 30 days to receive and domestic orders upwards of over a week. We would like to thank you for your patience during this uncertain time.

All domestic shipping within Australia is free. Your parcel will be shipped in a 100% recyclable bag via Standard Parcel Delivery (Parcel Post) with Australia Post. Most orders should arrive within a week of the order being processed.

We will endeavour to ship your item within 3 working days of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre. Tracking details are available upon request, please email info@mendl.com.au for more details.

Express delivery via Australia Post is available at checkout for an additional $10 spend.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country. When you make a purchase from Mendl, you are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order.
